Li/Saltzman is the preservation architect for the exterior restoration of the New York Public Library’s Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, part of a major rehabilitation project by Marble Fairbanks Architects.  The landmark building, constructed in 1904, is one of eleven neo-classical libraries designed by McKim Mead & White for the NYPL system.
