57-61 East 90th Street

New York, NY

57-61 East 90th Street is comprised of three, three-story Romanesque Revival brownstones, dating from 1886-87, designed by J.C. Cady & Company. They are located in the Carnegie Hill Historic District, a NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission designated historic district. Li · Saltzman Architects served as Historic Preservation Consultant to D’Aquino Monaco, Inc. (DMI) for the consolidation of the three rowhouses, plus rooftop and rear façade additions, into a single residence.

LSA's scope of work focused on assisting the project team in meeting the requirements of the Landmarks Preservation Commission, assisting in presenting the project to the local and preservation communities, and to develop the exterior restoration component of the project.
