The scope of work included replacing the wood and glass entrance doors and transoms; cleaning, repairing and replacing the frame of the historic leaded-glass transom panels at the storefront display windows; replacing windows; repairing, repointing, and cleaning the limestone and brick masonry; preparing, priming and painting cast-iron elements; patching and repairing sheet metal ornament; and selectively removing and replacing the copper cornice in-kind.

In addition, LSA was retained as the Preservation Architect for the 17th Street façade. The scope of work includes restoring the storefront, featuring leaded-glass transoms above display windows, and performing additional façade repairs.
