134 Wooster Street is a one story brick garage building constructed in 1946-47 located in the Soho-Cast Iron Historic District. The Landmarks Preservation Commission did not include stylistic designation for the building in its designation report.

LSA was retained to provide preservation consulting services to the Client team for the proposed demolition of 134 Wooster Street, and the construction of a new 6-story plus penthouse building on the site. Morris Adjmi Architects designed the new mixed-use, retail and office building. LSA assisted the project team in establishing appropriateness arguments for the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new building, in meeting LPC requirements, in presenting the project to the Community Board, and in presenting the project before the Landmarks Preservation Commission. The project was approved by LPC in 2016 and construction is anticipated to commence in 2019.
